4. Spiritual Hierarchy
We invite applications to enlarge our Spiritual/Administrative Hierarchy for India, and other countries, since IICM Bible College & Ministries are operated globally, it is imperative that we have a global and National Spiritual Hierarchy to properly
administer and expand the ministries of IICM.

& intl@iicm.us giving general and ministerial qualifications and experience, indicating the position in which you may be interested in playing a key role
in the global ministry of IICM.

Fair compensation/remuneration will be paid for the services rendered to those who hold the above positions and serve IICM in any one of those positions. The responsibilities and jurisdiction, for those who are offered the following positions/titles will be consecrated/appointed as follows:

The responsibilities for those who are being consecrated as IICM Arch Bishops/ Bishops are as follows:
1. Organizing & Conducting IICM Alumni Association Meetings once in three months
2. Speaking in Pastors Seminars & Conferences of IICM
3. Preaching in Crusades & Gospel Meetings of IICM in any City, State, National or Global
4. Ordaining Pastors
5. Nominating suitable candidates to serve IICM in any capacity for a city, state or country.
6. Inaugurating and Overseeing IICM Branch Bible Colleges / Extension Centers
7. Conducting Convocation Services & Conferring Degrees in various cities,  within your jurisdiction (City, State or Country)
8. Recruiting Students for IICM
9. Appointing Adjunct Faculty Members in the Key cities in  your State/Country
10. Appointing IICM Reps for  recruiting Students for  which they will receive 10%  of the fees as remuneration for the services rendered by them.
11. Recommending suitable and qualified persons for any position, by forwarding their bio-data and a photo by email to us.
12. Finding and introducing a person interested in becoming a Global IICM Ministry Partner.

5. Nominations will be received throughout the year

is open for Global Ministry Partnership
An opportunity is available for any Church Pentecostal/Full Gospel/ Denominational  to have Global Ministry Partnership with IICM, for which details are given below:
We have just completed 50 years of our Global Ministries
 in over hundred countries.
(Therefore we are planning to celebrate the
Golden Anniversary of our Global Ministries
during this summer both in USA and in India
for which further details will be sent to you in our next Quarterly Anointing Magazine)

God has blessed us with a nice big cathedral with lot of extra facilities
to conduct and accommodate a wide range of ministry activities such as
Worship Services, Pastors Conferences,
Video Recording & WebTV Broadcasting,
with provision for 300 to sit and watch while recording, 
 Residential & Day Bible College,
 Bible Museum, Christian Library, Guest Rooms,
A Large Parsonage, A big Parking Lot,
A large Commercial Kitchen, Class Rooms,  Computer Room,
An Overflow Auditorium for the Church (with  large screen) to accommodate another 200,
if the number of attendance of the Service in the
Main Church Auditorium with a capacity of 350, if not adequate.
 

In this Global Ministry Partnership with IICM, if you are interested to join
you may consider the Church and the Entire Premises, as your own,
 as other partners share and use the facilities as and when needed and available.

Initially all IICM Global Minister Partners will have to give a One Time Contribution
of multiples of US $ 1000 or (Rs.50,000) to become Class 1 Partners in this ministry or
 in multiples of US  $ 100 or (Rs.5000) to become Class 2 Partners.

If you so desire we can block some days and you can have your Conferences and Programs also, in this facility and Participate in all of our IICM programs. 
We will give you further unlimited opportunities to do Global Ministries,
all over the world, according to your interest,
in places wherever we have well established contacts.
