Duties and Responsibilities for the Positions in IICM are as follows

a. Cardinal : Cardinals will have the Full responsibility for the whole country, to recruit and consecrate Arch Bishops and Bishops and to oversee recruitment of all the other categories of Staff Members, whose titles are given under (B through P).

b. Arch Bishop: To recruit and consecrate Bishops in the Key Cities of their States, and to oversee the operation of IICM in the entire state for which they have been consecrated as Arch Bishops (C-P)

c. Bishop: Bishops will be the direct Spiritual and Administrative heads of the City for which they have been consecrated and appointed. Positions under their jurisdiction will be from (D to P).

They may also recommend suitable candidates to serve as Arch Bishops for States or even Cardinals for Country, without any geographical limit, which means a Bishop or Arch Bishop in India, can even nominate Bishops,
Arch Bishops or Cardinals in any country in any part of the world. So also they may also recruit and recommend suitable candidates for positions (D through P) not only in their country but also in any country of the world,
if they have contacts.

d. Director of IICM Language Center: At this point our goal is to establish 1 IICM Local Language Center for each major language in every country of the world, which will perform the entire role performed by IICM world Headquarters in English. Their jurisdiction will also be the whole world.

e. Adjunct Faculty Member: In every State of the world we would like to have 1 to 3 Adjunct Faculty Members to help grade tests, guide students to write Thesis and Dissertation and also to evaluate and approve.

f. Representatives: Any body listed in this table (A-P) can recruit IICM Reps. in any part of the world depending upon the contacts they have, and the role of the Reps. will be to recruit students in any language in any country with a special focus on their City, State and Country.

g. International Preachers: Anyone who is experienced and interested in Preaching in their City, State or world should send their bio-data and photo to be enlisted as an IICM Int’l Preacher. Also indicating their status in IICM such as Alumnus, indicating the degree earned, Honorary Doctorate received from IICM, Life Time Membership, Affiliation with IICM,
Ordination in IICM, their status as Global Ministry Partner of IICM- A or B etc.

h. Director of Alumni Center: Anyone who has graduated from IICM who has received a Bachelors, Masters or Doctoral Degree living in any country may serve as a Director of IICM Alumni Center for their country.

i. Conference/Crusade Speaker: Anyone who is experienced and interested in Preaching in their City, State or world should send their bio-data and photo to be enlisted as an Conference/Crusade Speaker . Also should indicate their status in IICM such as Alumnus indicating the degree earned, including any Honorary Doctorate received from IICM, Life Time Membership, Affiliation, Ordination in IICM, their status as Global Ministry Partner of IICM-
A or B etc.

j. Global Ministry Partner: One can become an IICM Ministry Partner (A or B) and enjoy all the privileges and benefits to the extent possible, and feel as a part owner of IICM ministry.

k. Promotional Director: Anyone may serve IICM with the title of Promotional Director from any City of the world to help recruit all personnel from A-P

l. Affiliate: Any Church or Christian Organization can get Affiliated with IICM Inc. incorporated in Florida, USA.

m. Life Time Member: Anyone may become a Life Time Member of IICM and enjoy all the Benefits offered by IICM paying Annual Dues as mentioned.

n. Bible College Principal: In any City of the world, one may start an IICM Bible College in any language (Internet, Correspondence, Day or Residential), and offer Bachelors, Masters or Doctoral Degrees or just Bachelors Degree alone.

o. Ordination: Anyone interested in getting Ordained by IICM to use the title Reverend may indicate their desire, by sending their bio-data and photo by email. Please note that you have to contact the local government authorities to get a special license to conduct marriage and funeral services.

p. Scholarship Students: Only a small percentage of IICM students, and particularly from 3rd world countries, will be awarded a maximum amount equivalent to 25 % of the fees or less as a scholarship.
