Please note that for all the positions titled in the table given below with a blue background a certain amount of contribution should be paid to IICM for offering this title and position can be reviewed by clicking where it says click for reviewing contribution and payment details with regard to all the positions listed in the table (A to P).

 

However, you do not have to pay this contribution up in front, but it will be deducted in installments from the remuneration you will be receiving from IICM for services rendered in this capacity.

 

If you prove your performance that you are capable to justify the title that we award by fulfilling the responsibilities and attaining the minimum goals, you will be evaluated after 6 months of the initial appointment and conferring of the title and then your title and position will be confirmed. Even during the probation period of 6 months we will send the remuneration for the services rendered, recruitment made etc., but 50% of that amount will be withheld by us to cover the contribution that you have to pay for the title and position we will be giving you in advance until the full contribution due is received by us, after which you will be receiving hundred percent of your share of the revenue that we get from various categories of persons appointed through your efforts and the revenue generated by them.

Adjunct Faculty Members

For guiding students to write Dissertation and to evaluate and approve, you will receive a remuneration from IICM, which will be a reasonable amount and it will be communicated to you when we refer students to you for providing this service.

You will receive 10% contribution from us for the service rendered from the fees paid by students recruited by you.

Director of Alumni Center

Our goal is to appoint the Director of IICM Alumni Center at least in one key city of every country of the world. Our role will be to compile a list of the Alumnus of IICM living in that country for which we will be sending the information from time to time as students graduate from IICM. Your role will be to get in touch with them through email and to let them know the benefits of becoming a member of the Alumni Association of IICM. We will be requiring the Alumni of IICM to pay certain amount of annual subscription. However, we will also list all the benefits and privileges they will enjoy as alumnus of IICM. Primarily they will recruit students for IICM and receive the usual remuneration of 10% of the fees paid by the students recruited by them. In addition to that since they have graduated from IICM they may also apply for any position listed in the first column of the table (Title) by sending their bio-data and photo. We will also be sending to our Alumni our Quarterly Internet Anointing Magazine which will be pasted in the front page of our website      (Int’l- www.iicmweb.org) (India- www.iicmindia.org)

Promotional Director

Scholarship to Students

Depending upon the amount of scholarship funds we are able to raise, we will be awarding 10% , 25% and 50% scholarship to deserving students to the extent funds are available. Scholarship will be generally awarded to students in the 3rd world countries only.
