V. Dr. John Williams Authored and Published a Book on Church Management and Christian Leadership which is used as a Text Book in our Bible College and is used by many others.

VI. Had a career for 23 years as a Professor of Management and Law in USA, in several American Universities such as Missouri, Nebraska, Rhode Island etc.

VII. Served as a Management Consultant for the Southern New England District of Assemblies of God consisting of 450 churches in 5 states of USA.

Established and has been operating an International Institute of Church Management and Leadership with a special Emphasis on "Leadership and Management," at the Bachelors, Masters and Doctoral Degree Levels, for nearly 10 years, and a few thousand Leaders at the State and National Levels have graduated with Bachelors, Masters and Doctoral Degrees from our Institute, and we have currently Students and Associates in IICM, from over 200 Countries around the world.
