FRANCHISE AGREEMENT

A Franchise Agreement to establish and operate an IICM Internet Extension Center,
with the right to offer all the Degree Programs that we offer as an Internet Bible College
incorporated in the name of International Institute of Church Management Inc., Florida, USA
or Registered as an Educational Trust in the name of IICM in India
_____________________________________________

1. To run an Internet Bible College exactly like us, to offer all or any of the Degree Programs that we offer using our Curriculum, Course Materials, Testing and Grading Systems etc., as per the catalog of IICM.

2. To Use our Catalog with the name of your Bible College (Eg. IICM Delhi Internet Bible College affiliated with IICM Educational Trust, Chennai, India or International Institute of Church Management Inc., Florida, U.S.A.), indicating, however, that you are affiliated with our Bible College, and that you will be primarily using the Curriculum and Course Materials that we use.

3. To run an Internet Bible College, adopting our Curriculum, charging the same amount of fees, maintaining the same academic and spiritual standards (To charge a different fee, or to make any changes, our approval is necessary).

4. To run this Internet Bible College as an additional ministry program of your church/ministry, under the guidelines of IICM Bible College, and with the full responsibility to maintain the academic and spiritual standards established and maintained by IICM Educational Trust, Chennai, India or International Institute of Church Management Inc., Fl., USA.

5. The rights and responsibilities of the franchisee are listed below:

• Getting full access to all the Course Materials & Tests

• List of Requirements to be completed for each Degree

• Mentioning the fact that they are affiliated with the IICM International Internet Bible College incorporated in Florida, USA, as a Division of International Institute of Church Management Inc., Fl, USA or IICM Educational Trust, Chennai, INDIA

• The right to offer all or any of the Degree Programs offered by IICM including the Honorary Degrees, strictly following the guide lines established by IICM (with the approval of IICM)

• Honorary Degrees can be conferred to deserving candidates nominated for such an honor only after sending the candidates bio-data and photo to us by email and getting our approval. Only 25% of the contributions received from the Honorary Degree candidates can be retained and the other 75% should be turned over to IICM Educational Trust, Chennai, INDIA or IICM Inc., FL, U.S.A.

• The contributions/fees received from the students for various degrees should be exactly the same as per our catalog and website. However, a higher contribution or fee may be charged but only with the consent and express approval of IICM Educational Trust, Chennai, INDIA or IICM Inc., FL, U.S.A.

• Every week, preferably on Monday the following information and documents should be sent to IICM Educational Trust, Chennai, INDIA or IICM Inc., FL, U.S.A., as applicable. 
       A. Copies of all Applications received & Admission letters sent to all students.
       B. A statement of all fees received with the names and student numbers along with a payment of 50% or more as applicable in a way in which it has been pre-approved for sending money.

• Copies of all certificates that will be issued by you, should be approved and counter signed by us.

• Since we are only giving you the right to use our course materials and to award our degrees, you should fit the Bible College in to your existing ministry or register as a separate non-profit religious organization and meet all the other local legal requirements to offer our degree programs.  We will not be liable for any violation of any law in the operation of the Extension Center.

6. The additional obligations and requirements are stated below:

• Sending weekly reports to IICM in the prescribed form indicating the progress in enrollment of students, receipt of Fees/Contributions and the accounts receivables in the prescribed form.

• Giving us access to the data base of your Bible College, or providing specific information that we need, when there is a need, to the extent necessary.

• This franchise agreement is subject to further changes if required to meet the requirements of the laws and changes of environmental and legal conditions that would affect our interests.

7. This Franchise Agreement is valid for one year from the date of agreement, but can be extended for more year or years at the expiration of this first agreement.

If the enrollment and revenue goal established and communicated to us is not achieved during the first year, a clause to pay a certain minimum monthly payment will be required, which will be at least Rs.40,000. For the first year our expectation is that you should generate an absolute minimum revenue of Rs.24,00,000.
