REVELATION KNOWLEDGE - 'BEING SPIRITUALLY MINDED'
"For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace"
Romans 8:6

I. WHAT IS BEING SPIRITUALLY MINDED?

1. It is being God conscious all the time
2. It is being sensitive to the move of the Holy Spirit
3. It is to have our ears tuned to hear the voice of God
4. It is to be aware of the fact that we are surrounded by angels
5. It is to meditating the Word of God
6. It is seeking the Will of God
7. It is Worshipping and Praising the Lord
8. It is Speaking in the Spirit
9. It is to see Spiritual Visions and Dreams
10. It is being conscious of the fact that we are the Heirs and Children of God
11. It is Flowing or being led by the Holy Spirit
12. It is experiencing Heaven on Earth
13. It is being Filled and Motivated by Love

II. WHY SHOULD WE BE SPIRITUALLY MINDED?
1. To be Adopted and to become the Heirs/Sons of God
2. To Experience an Abundant Life
3. To Please God
4. To Have the Mind of Christ
5. To Live a Righteous Life
6. To Live a Liberated and Free Life delivered from the Bondage and Corruption of Sin
7. To be Conformed to the Image of Christ
8. To Fulfill the Purpose, Plan and Will of God
9. To be more than Conquerors through Jesus who loved us
10. To get the Revelation Knowledge of the Word of God
11. To seek and to be Richly Anointed by the Holy Spirit

III. HOW SHOULD WE BE SPIRITUALLY MINDED?
1. By the Word of God richly Dwelling in us
2. By Deprogramming our Mind from Carnal Things and Reprogramming it with Spiritual Truths
3. By being Enlightened of the Spiritual Truths by the Holy Spirit
4. By Hearing, Studying and Meditating the Word of God
5. By Having the mind of Christ through an Intensive Study of His Attitude, Behavior and Beliefs
6. By Giving Importance and Abiding by the Dictates of our Moral Conscience
7. By Absorbing and Assimilating the Christian Values and Code of Ethics
8. By frequently quoting verbally the Relevant Scriptures in Situations we are in to re-affirm our faith and to align ourselves with the Word of God
9. By not being carnally minded and tend to Follow the Crowd
10. By reminding ourselves constantly of the Prohibitory Laws of God (10 Commandments)
11. By not Entertaining or Dwelling in Carnal thoughts

IV. WHAT IS TO BE CARNALLY MINDED?
1. It is to be in Enmity with God
2. It is to have the tendency to fall in Sin
3. It is to be thinking constantly about Worldly, Materialistic and Carnal Things
4. It is to be easily attracted/influenced or Evil Spirits
5. It is to Live under the Influence of Evil Spirits
6. It is to be Hastening and Moving quickly towards Sin and Death
7. It is to walk in the Counsel of the Ungodly and to sit in the seat of Scornful
8. It is to widen the Gulf between us and God
9. It is the tendency and the result of Drifting ourselves away from God
10. It is to be Imagining everything that is Wicked and Evil
