6. Money Answers All Things (Eccl:10:19)

• Money represents our life and our time
• Money is earned by exchanging our time, labor and skills
• Our time is a part of our life
• We can exchange money for almost anything that we need or the world has to offer
• It is God who gives us the power to get wealth
• What we can get with money such as silver and gold belong to God
• The earth and the fullness thereof belong to God
• We need money to get almost anything on this earth

• We can get almost anything with money
• Money represents silver, gold, wealth, material resources, merchandise, political power, military strength etc.
• Money helps us to get the best of everything that this world has
• Money gives us status, prestige, power, position, honor etc.
• Money gives the ability to do good, serve God, help others etc.
• Money gives us peace, strength, joy, security and confidence
• Money is a blessing if it is used properly and wisely
• Money represents every material substance on earth which has value, belongs to God and has been created by God for us to serve an important purpose and to enjoy richly

• By spending our time or a part of our life
• By using our muscle power, brain power or creativity
• By serving God
• By giving tithes and offerings
• By giving to the poor or doing some good works
• By sowing or investing something that we have
• By forsaking or sacrificing something for the sake of the Gospel
• By Lending or giving to the poor
• By throwing away or scattering
• By losing we gain, giving we receive and sowing we reap
• By proving ourselves as good stewards of the wealth that we have now been blessed with
• By becoming a child of God by receiving Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior

• We should not love money
• We should not be miserly and stingy
• We should not be covetous
• We should be content and thankful to God for whatever God has blessed us with
• We should not be proud and haughty when we get rich
• When we have much we should also give much in the same proportion
• When we are blessed with much riches, we should be a channel of blessing to others and not a container
• We should control money and should not let the money control us
• Money can be a blessing or a curse depending upon how you use it
• We should be good stewards of all that God has blessed us with as we are accountable to Him for using them wisely and properly
• We should believe and acknowledge that all good gifts come from God!
