2. BIBLICAL PRINCIPLES ON GIVING TITHES, WITH EXAMPLES |
1. Give
Tithes in all
of Your
income, revenue and blessings (Eg. Gross Salary, Rent from property owned, Profits made in Business, Interest accrued from savings account, Gifts received, etc.) 2. Give Tithes in all of Your increase (increase in value of property, increase in salary and bonuses, increase in value of stocks and bonds in which you have interested, etc. ) |
1. Make a
Vow when you would like to give
an offering but you do not have anything to give (The amount you vow should be reasonable in terms of what you are praying for both in terms of monetary, in terms of both spiritual and financial value) 2. Give a Thanksgiving Offering for all the blessings you have received from God, which should be a fair amount in terms of the monetary and the spiritual value of the blessings that you received. 3. Give a Seed Faith Offering for prayer requests in anticipation of the answers to your prayers exercising your faith that God will surely give what he has promised (The amount should be fair in terms of the monetary and the spiritual value of the blessings that you are asking for) 4. Give First Fruit Offerings, When God gives you a special and a new blessing of its kind for the first time (if its a kind of blessing that will be repeated), according to the Bible, the entire blessing, whether it is something of substance or money, should be given to the Lord as an Offering expressing our thanks and gratitude. |
